This product is totally a fraud by Amazon. The battery life is less than 2 hours, the audio is worse than basic mobile audio quality, the display has white patches, and AMAZON won’t EVEN ACCEPT A RETURN REQUEST.

After many hours of struggle, Amazon accepted the return request. However, even with the replacement piece, this is a terrible purchase decision from my side, not because I did not check the facts. Still, the battery life is just enough for 2-3 hours when this is ABSOLUTELY new. I am sure in a year I have to throw this battery away or the laptop away, a bad case of cheating overall (the promise is 8 hours average battery life).
Edit after two weeks of usage
Not a single day passes in my life when I don’t feel like breaking this laptop into pieces. My life has become a cursed life. Dont touch Amazon’s renewed products, it is absolutely life destroying.
